Oversee the reviewing & governance of Enterprise Risk Management framework and other risk management related policies and its implementation.
Conduct and facilitate the Material Risk Assessment for RHB Insurance accordance to the approved methodology and approach.
Ensure timely identification, assessment, measurement and monitoring of risks together with actionable mitigation plans.
Conduct and facilitate the RHB Insurance Risk Appetite statement, trend analysis, metrics comparison to industry.
Review the monitoring mechanism of the Risk Appetite metrics and effectiveness of the mitigation measures.
Participate on the parameter review for Stress Test input.
Execute the assigned Risk Management Initiatives are completed as well as the assignments are well planned and executed accordingly.
Day to day focus includes consultative discussions with the business units in the resolution of the potential risks and issues
Promote risk awareness in the overall Risk Culture.
