• Lead kitchen team with product infusion and mold filling for cannabis edibles 
• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients, ensuring precise formulation and consistent quality  
• Serve as subject matter expert and lead trainer for kitchen team 
• Monitor inventory tracking, batch records, product labeling and product storage
