The mission for MedTech OEM business is to provide Medical Device Manufacturers access to our science, enabling breakthrough innovations in health care. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Market Analyst, you will be an important member of global MedTech OEM team, responsible for supporting and driving the company's business growth in multiple markets across the APAC region. You will be involved in setting and maintaining product SKUs and prices in the Asian region, with a particular focus on market demand dynamics. Your work will cover product demand forecasting, supply chain management. By collecting demand information from key customers and sales representatives, you will contribute to demand planning (forecasting) and continuously optimize product demand forecasting and supply management in the Asian region. You will also be responsible for handling quotations and billing in Japan, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.

Additionally, you will need to coordinate internal and external teams to efficiently execute brand and product marketing plans or digital projects, including exhibitions, brand promotion activities, digital marketing, and paid media. During the preparation and execution of exhibition activities, you will undertake internal and external coordination and related preparations to ensure the smooth progress of the events. You will also be responsible for assisting with content marketing on the department's WeChat public account, enhancing brand influence, and promoting market penetration.

Main Responsibilities:

· Set and maintain product SKUs and prices in the Asian region (Japan, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, South Korea)

· Manage quotations and billing in Japan

· Collect market demand information in the Asian region through communication with key customers and sales representatives, optimize demand forecasting and supply management, and assist in business decision-making

· Efficiently execute digital marketing plans for products in the Asia-Pacific region, implement, measure, and optimize interactive marketing activities, including online brand promotion activities, paid search, social media promotion, and related activities

· Assist in the daily operation and promotion of the department's WeChat public account, enhance brand awareness and user engagement

· Coordinate and execute domestic offline exhibition activities and brand promotion activities, ensure effective communication with internal and external teams, and ensure the smooth progress of specific tasks

· Manage auto-sampling, demos and sales tools

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or related fields

· At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in market analysis or the medical device industry

· Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

· Familiar with the medical and health market environment and business culture in the Asia-Pacific region

· Excellent data analysis skills and rigorous logical thinking

· Proficient in office software and market analysis tools

· Ability to effectively carry out cross-regional collaboration, with good communication skills and team spirit

· Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with multitasking abilities
