BMW Highline Warranty Administrator

Responsibilities:Warranty Claims Management: Oversee all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims.Record Keeping: Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation.Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claimsCoordination: Working closely with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage and ensure timely claim submissionCommunication: Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warranty team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Requirements:Experience: Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required. Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred.
