About The Role
We are looking for Technical Project Manager, who can handle complex problems by breaking them into manageable tasks, is highly empathetic to stakeholders, and who has the business acumen to monitor market dynamics and technology trends. This individual should be excited to help and influence in development of products and services that will define the future of the automotive industry. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategic projects and initiatives, dealing with cross functional stakeholders at various levels, from different geographies.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for multi-faceted project plans overarching Software Products Organization
- Drive integrated portfolio roadmap and drive initiatives towards defined due dates (product launches) and holding responsible teams accountable
- Establish communication and synchronization with responsible product teams, delivery teams, architects and platform team involved in the project on a regular base.
- Monitor, control and track the projects to achieve the goals with respect to schedule and effort in a timely manner
- Identify and monitor project and process risks within scope of project management and establish risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Provide project status updates on a regular base to SP leadership during Steering Forums & Transformation Board meetings.
What You Need
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science) or Business Administration or appropriate graduation
- Expert knowledge in project management and coordination in a globally distributed development environment (Waterfall, Agile).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Global mindset, teamwork in a multi-location team, enterprise approach.
- Ability to understand complex systems, to break down and structure into reasonable parts so dependencies become visible, describable, and thus manageable.
- Proven and effective communication, analytical, judgment, initiative, and execution skills.
- Certified Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP)
- Experience working with senior leadership
What is Nice to Have
- Knowledge of process models (CMMI)
- Experience working in PMO

Salary Ranges:
