Senior Pega Developer

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Pega Developer at Marsh, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Pega applications that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, along with strong technical expertise in integration and database management.

We will count on you to:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications in accordance with project requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Pega PRPC, Workflow, and Decisioning rules to support business processes.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Manage database interactions and ensure data integrity using SQL.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Level of English is a Must
