For Business Area Europe APMEA, we are looking for a “Vice President Product Marketing & Go To Market Strategy” who is ready to shape the future of how our products win in the marketplaces.
As the VP Product Marketing & GTM Strategy, you will define how our brands compete and succeed across categories, transforming portfolio strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution into a competitive advantage. Your leadership will ensure that every product in our Taste, Care, and Wellbeing/Small Domestic Appliances lineup drives growth, strengthens brand equity, and delivers consumer value with precision and impact.
Job Summary:
In the position you will be responsible for owning the Category & Go-To-Market Strategy, aligning portfolio positioning, pricing architecture, and retail execution under a unified brand direction. You drive GTM Excellence, defining how our products launch and perform across all priority markets and channels, ensuring consistency and impact. You work to elevate Retail & BTL Strategy, transforming our approach across key accounts such as Electro, Amazon, and branded eCommerce to maximize conversion and brand experience.
As VP you will champion marketing effectiveness, optimizing spend, ROI, and performance tracking, so every marketing dollar drives measurable impact.
In collaboration with Product Line and Commercial teams you define price positioning that accelerates profitable growth, and you take lead driving portfolio simplification, streamlining lineups to reduce complexity to win at key price points, and sharpen brand differentiation across categories. As VP and business leader you foster a unified way of working, guiding Experience Marketing teams toward aligned execution across Taste, Care, and Wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global product marketing and GTM strategy that ensures portfolio clarity, competitive pricing, and compelling value propositions for all core categories.
- Partner with Brand, Product Line, Commercial, and Experience Marketing teams to translate strategic intent into winning market execution.
- Develop a retail excellence playbook for omnichannel growth, balancing digital acceleration with in-store activation to enhance shopper experience.
- Establish robust frameworks for marketing effectiveness, including ROI modeling, measurement systems, and data-driven optimization.
- Drive governance and processes for portfolio simplification and lifecycle management across all business areas.
- Lead strategic pricing efforts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and competitive positioning in every market.
- Embed a performance-driven culture—setting clear KPIs across GTM, retail, and marketing effectiveness, and reporting results transparently.
- The role will be reporting to the Group CMO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, pricing, or portfolio management, ideally in consumer goods or premium brands.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated category and GTM strategies in complex, multi-market environments.
- Strong expertise in retail and eCommerce dynamics, including shopper marketing and channel strategy.
- Experience in portfolio optimization and pricing architecture to drive profitability and share growth.
- Excellent leadership skills to influence and align cross-functional teams globally.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
