What you’ll be doing 

The Capital Markets Early Talent team at CIBC is hosting an information and networking session for our Alternate Solutions Group for Summer 2026 recruitment. This event will be held on Thursday, September 18th, 2025 from 4:00PM – 5:00PM EST virtually via Microsoft Teams. This is an invite-only event and you will need to receive confirmation from the Early Talent team at CIBC to attend.

Within CIBC Global Markets, ASG was launched in 2013 with a mandate to develop innovative and creative technology-driven capital markets solutions. This group is an unconventional capital markets organization that combines the innovative spirit and agility of a FinTech startup with the financial strength and strong governance protocol of a major financial institution. ASG has been recognized as a global leader in providing disruptive technological capital markets solutions in several product areas including Cross Border Payments, Dynamic Currency Conversion, Multi-currency pre-paid cards, Foreign Cash & Precious Metals Online and white labeling thereof. ASG’s client base stretches from some of the largest banks in the world, to corporates to CIBC’s retail clients.

Important Information

• You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in a Commerce, Finance, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or related program with a graduation date no sooner than December 2027 and are looking for a Winter 2026 internship.
• This event will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you are selected to attend, you will receive an email with the Microsoft Teams link.
• Event sign-ups will close Sunday, September 14th at 11:59PM EST.
