- Develop and present clear, compelling project proposals and presentations to stakeholders, coordinating timelines, resources, and alignment across teams to ensure successful execution
- Support change management efforts by clearly communicating process changes and facilitating smooth adoption across impacted teams
- Apply strong analytical thinking and process improvement expertise to drive innovation, enhance both customer and employee experiences, and enable strategic growth
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation roles
- Hands-on experience with process mining and mapping tools
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools used in intelligent process automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage technical, business and executive stakeholders
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry
