Studio Manager

Compensation & Perks:

• Up to $65k annually (base, commission, and bonuses), paid biweekly
• Commission increases after six months

Responsibilities:

• Ensure studio operations align with our philosophy
• Drive financial success and meet/exceed sales goals
• Achieve daily appointment targets
• Support staff development and direction
• Contribute to studio goals and projections

Qualifications:

• Education/experience in kinesiology/exercise science required
• Management experience preferred
• Strong time management and communication skills

We provide Assisted Motion and Recovery Therapy—customized one-on-one sessions to improve posture, mobility, and circulation while easing discomfort. Think personal training, but for stretching and recovery. We’re in the people business, not just stretching. Clients and staff alike are treated like family.

InMotion is a rapidly growing wellness studio whose focus is assisted stretching for the betterment of its client's health and community improvement. We are establishing ourselves as the premier assisted stretching facility in the Nation with over 23 stores and a strong national growth plan.
