What You’Ll Do:

As the Clinic Manager, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional care experiences for both patients and providers. You’ll lead a dynamic team and drive performance, engagement, and service excellence across the board. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development for clinic staff. 
• Patient Experience: Foster a welcoming, efficient clinic environment that ensures satisfaction at every touchpoint. 
• Provider Support: Coordinate provider schedules and ensure staffing aligns with patient and provider needs. 
• Operations Oversight: Monitor workflows, manage clinic resources, support budget planning, and ensure compliance. 
• Facility & Equipment Coordination: Oversee clinic facility needs, supplies, and vendor communications. 
• Culture & Communication: Build a positive, engaged team culture while supporting communication and conflict resolution. 

What You’Ll Bring:

• High School Diploma required 
• Associate’s or bachelor's in business or healthcare preferred 
• At least 3  years of healthcare experience, preferred 
• At least 3 years of people leader experience
