We’re currently seeking 2x Level 1 Onsite Support Engineers to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about hands-on IT support, thrive in dynamic environments, and love solving problems face-to-face with clients, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’Ll Do

• Deliver onsite support, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, PCs, servers, routers, switches, etc.)
• Collaborate with remote support teams to configure and deploy devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with professionalism and urgency
• Provide user training and support on systems and applications
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs
• Ensure compliance with IT security and safety protocols
• Travel to customer sites across Victoria (vehicle required; reimbursement provided)
• Participate in after-hours support when needed
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to deliver exceptional service

What You’Ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in a technical support or field services role
• A full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (company vehicles also available)
• A strong understanding of IT hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
