Financial Business Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, with clear commentary on key developments.
• Analyze financial and operational indicators, benchmarking against plans and prior periods.
• Contribute to the company’s business planning process in collaboration with other departments.
• Support the organization in financial evaluations, including investment project analysis.
• Review and assess the performance of business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist departments in selecting and enhancing operational efficiency indicators.
• Identify and evaluate company risks in cooperation with internal control.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide consultation on financial matters within your scope of expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Finance, Business Management, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong process management skills and the ability to improve financial workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Oracle.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian, with very good English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Solid commercial awareness and a keen understanding of business dynamics.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
