Quality Design - Academic Section Head

1. Develop and maintain BINUS internal quality assurance systems (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal) for academicarea ( i.e., education, research, community service, professional development)2. Coordinate periodic review, supervise changes, and provide recommendation related to national regulatoryframework, external quality assurance regulations and requirements of external organisations (academic)3. Ensure the effective development, implementation and management of the University’s policies, procedures andprocesses for quality assurance and enhancement4. Maintain effective compliance of International Accreditation Standard and External quality assurance regulations(i.e., ISO 9001:2015 compliance requirement, National regulatory framework (BAN-PT, LAM, others))5. Coordinate with related Faculty for quality assurance reviews of BINUS University and any other bodies withdelegated authority, and in similar processes for accreditation by professional, statutory, and regulatory bodies6. Identify required data for accreditation or other purposes7. Support all Faculty/School in BINUS University in order to implement compliance of BINUS Sistem PenjaminanMutu Internal with government regulation, national and international accreditation8. Coordinate consultative services for all Faculty and Unit related to internal quality assurance systems9. Create and develop overall BINUS Business Process (in coordination with Business Process Optimization SectionHead)
2. Management Support Activities:o Provide Report to direct Supervisoro Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to timeconcern, effort and cost)o Perform activities related to Quality Management Systemo Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience

• • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
• • Minimum 4 years of working experience
