Producer - Denmark

The Producer acts to unite creative vision and flawless delivery, overseeing projects from ideation through to execution, ensuring each experience comes to life on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

• Lead the end-to-end production of experiential events, pop-ups, brand activations, and integrated campaigns across digital, physical, and hybrid formats.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to turn ideas into actionable production plans.
• Participate in the creation of client pitches including moodboards, visualisations and more.
• Own and manage production timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring financial and operational efficiency throughout.
• Source, brief, and manage external vendors including venues, set designers, fabricators, AV/tech teams, staffing, logistics, and permitting.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, acting as the production point of contact and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Navigate risk, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and ensure seamless onsite execution.
• Oversee junior producers, coordinators, and freelance teams, ensuring alignment and delivery standards.
