QA Manual and Automation Test Engineer

We are developing a cyber risk quantification product. As a QA Manual & Automation Tester,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by designing, documenting,
and executing both manual and automated test cases. You will be responsible for overseeing all
quality assurance activities, including developing comprehensive test plans, performing
exploratory testing, and executing functional and regression testing. This role requires close
collaboration with development, product management, and support teams to ensure a
high-quality product ready for release.
Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data
strategies for complex applications. Develope, design configure automation tools for
automation test case execution
Perform manual and automated testing as necessary
Develop SQL queries to validate API output and backend data validation
Framework Development & Maintenance: Design and develop advanced automation
frameworks using Python and related technologies, focusing on reusability and
extensibility.(e.g. Pytest,UnitTest)
CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Optimize the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and
feedback, ensuring seamless integration of automated tests.
Performance & Scalability Testing: Design and execute complex performance and
scalability tests to identify bottlenecks and ensure application stability.
Defect Management & Analysis: Lead defect analysis and root cause investigations,
collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation, with a proven
track record of leading automation efforts.
Sound knowledge of API testing and writing SQL queries to perform backend data
validations.
Experience with one of the automation testing tools. (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or
any other tool)
CI/CD Mastery: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with related
tools and technologies.
Performance Testing Expertise: Extensive experience with performance and scalability
testing tools and methodologies.
Agile Expertise: Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly
desirable.
Version control: advance understanding of GIT.

AI-Powered Testing Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement advanced AI
and machine learning techniques for test automation, including:
Developing custom AI models for test case generation and anomaly detection.
AI/ML Experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing AI/ML techniques for test
automation, including model development and integration.
