Primary responsibilities:

The role involves building & managing relationships with HR & Finance teams across corporates for offering NPS proposition under Employer-Employee proposition.
The role includes delivering corporate presentations, facilitating onboarding of employees, contribution management & employee support.
The role should ensure seamless administration & adherence to regulatory & company guidelines.
Corporate NPS onboarding & documentation for the given territory.
Facilitate the registration of corporates.
Employee enrollment & account management.
Coordinate monthly / periodic collection & remittance of employer & employee contributions.
Manage Employee communication & support.

Knowledge & Skills required for the role:

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate or Post Graduate from any stream (Post Graduate with 2 Years of experience or graduate with 4 Years of experience)
