IT Infrastructure Analyst

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst at Access Bank PLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, storage solutions, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT infrastructure.
2. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and server components.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects.
5. Maintain documentation related to system configurations, changes, and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to users and junior team members.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems administration.
2. First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification)
3. Relevant IT Service Management certification) •
4. Experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including any combination of technical architecture, network design, application development, systems integration & middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations.
5. Proven experience and understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms,
6. Security, data, integration, and applications layers
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
