Canada Based Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist for Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Ideal candidate should be equipped enough to create, update and monitor ad copy, keywords, bids and other related tasks for online marketing strategy. The specialist should know how to create compelling ads to catch potential customers' attention while driving conversions. They also need to know how to effectively manage their budget to maximize ROI on every dollar spent. Key Responsibilities: • Researching new advertising opportunities and providing recommendations to management on which ones are best for the company’s goals • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns to improve campaign effectiveness • Monitoring competitor activity to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals. • Executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, or mobile devices • Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness • Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns • Analyzing customer data to identify potential customers who may be interested in the company’s products or services
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Marketing Keyword research, Meta description, Meta tags, On-page, Off-Page, and technical SEO.
Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies to improve website traffic and sales

Requirements

Minimum 3 years relevant experience
