This position will be responsible for:

1.Achieving the assembly SQDCM targets.

1. Monitoring of assembly process by conducting process and torque audits.
2. Implementation and monitoring Process & Quality improvements in Production.
3. Analyzing and resolving inline Process and Parts quality issues.
4. Responsible for the reporting blue collars for their training and skill enhancement plan
5. 6. Planning manpower and other required resources for streamlined production flow.
6. 7. Strong believer and implementer of continuous improvements
7. 8. Should be able to train & guide the blue collar associates/trainees
8. 9. Should be able to comprehend issues related to quality and take effective counter measures

Qualification

Diploma in Mech/Automobile Engineering 

  Knowledge & Skills required

1. Relevant experience (3-7 years) in Automotive industry and exposure to the Commercial Vehicle industry. 
2. Well versed in Engine assembly and test process like Tightening strategies, performance Troubleshooting, Parts knowledge & Engine rework.
3. Should have experience in using Quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D Reports & FMEA
4. Should have experience in Engine testing, failure analysis and report preparation
5. Should be able to handle independently in his assigned areas of Quality functions and training the Associates
6. Knowledge of Engine assembly and testing processes
7. Knowledge of Quality tools
8. Very good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with systematic approach. 
9. Should have good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
