This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the digital marketing efforts for a rapidly growing healthcare company that's passionate about making therapy services and educational resources more accessible. You'll be instrumental in building their online presence from minimal social media activity to a thriving digital community, while managing their expanding e-commerce platform that releases new products weekly. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic social media management, and hands-on e-commerce operations, with the flexibility of remote work and the potential to grow alongside the business as their digital footprint expands.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging social media content to showcase therapy services and promote innovative educational products across Instagram and Facebook platforms

  • Manage and maintain the company's WordPress-based website, ensuring fresh content and optimal user experience

  • Oversee the online storefront operations, including product listings, descriptions, and promotional campaigns

  • Handle weekly product launches by uploading new educational resources and creating compelling promotional content

  • Develop creative campaigns using existing brand assets including photos and videos to maximize engagement

  • Build and nurture the company's social media community while representing their mission and values

  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives

  • Monitor and optimize website performance to enhance customer experience and drive conversions


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management with a track record of growing online communities

  • Proficiency with WordPress website management and content updates

  • Familiarity with content creation tools and design software

  • Understanding of e-commerce principles and online product promotion strategies

  • Strong written communication skills with ability to represent a healthcare brand professionally

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with visual content creation and basic graphic design principles preferred

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools is a plus
