Join an early-stage recruitment software company during an exciting growth phase. This innovative SaaS platform has recently launched and is quickly gaining traction in the recruitment tech space. 

You’ll work closely with the founder and a small, agile team in a fast-paced startup, where your work will have immediate impact. The company serves smaller recruitment agencies and internal talent teams, positioning itself as a rising player in the industry. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional ready to grow their career. You’ll own marketing tasks like digital content, social media, website optimization, and campaign support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress with Elementor to ensure fresh and engaging user experiences.
  • Create and schedule compelling social media content, with a primary focus on LinkedIn engagement for B2B audiences.
  • Produce and edit video content, including webinar recordings, product feature demos, and short-form social media clips.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automation to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Maintain consistent content calendars across all marketing channels to ensure a steady brand presence.
  • Assist with design asset creation and brand management to maintain a professional visual identity.
  • Collaborate with founders to develop and propose new marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Upload new product features and content to the website during product releases.
  • Help optimize the marketing technology stack and tool integration for maximum efficiency.


Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating previous marketing work and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with Australian clients and a strong understanding of professional communication styles.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor for website content management.
  • Video editing skills using professional tools beyond basic platforms.
  • Social media management expertise, particularly LinkedIn for B2B marketing.
  • Email marketing platform experience (MailChimp preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills for content creation and copywriting.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
  • Eagerness to advance your career and take on increased responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment with flexibility to adapt as the company grows.
