From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role
Our internships offer a hands-on opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and gain valuable experience across metrology and calibration services within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Calibration Interns are responsible for conducting routine calibration tasks in alignment with established protocols and regulatory mandates. The position adeptly handles troubleshooting and equipment repair as needed, while ensuring the steadfast adherence to quality system compliance standards.

Your Role

Calibration Interns are responsible for conducting routine calibration tasks in alignment with established protocols and regulatory mandates. The position adeptly handles troubleshooting and equipment repair as needed, while ensuring the steadfast adherence to quality system compliance standards.
- Perform in-house calibrations and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Reassemble and calibrate required instruments and equipment.
- Ensure all calibration standards are properly calibrated and certified.
- Execute engineering and calibration portions of equipment qualifications.
- Assist managers in formulating tests, calibrations, repairs, and evaluation plans and procedures to calibrate and maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment.
- Schedule, calibrate, and verify calibration of instrumentation under the Metrology program.
- Assist in specifying instruments and standards and in drafting new and revised SOPs.
- Participate in training programs as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university. We welcome students across all degree programs and disciplines.
- Must be local to York, PA.
- Must be able to continue an on-going internship duration during academic semesters, outside of semester breaks. (i.e. part-time or a minimum of 8-15hrs/week throughout the academic semesters). We understand academic commitments and work together to determine a schedule that works best with your course schedule.
