Ensure all Mandatory as well as Voluntary Corporate actions processing-Equities, Bonds & Mutual Fund Processing

Ensuring all trades are processed as per SOP adhering to the cut-offs.

Ensuring all payments are reconciled and processed on time within cut off time.

Ensuring all MI reports for Business, Quality and Sales Governance are compiled within the agreed TAT.

Periodically assist in the training of the new staff in the team

Assist in revision of SOPs for all related processes.

Promptly revert to customer and RM queries 

Ensuring all reconciliations are completed on time and exceptions are identified and resolved the on time.

Processing transactions accurately and timely

Exception Identification

Training & Testing

Recommending additions and modifications to Process/Policy/SOP

Recommending improvements in operational procedures and risk areas from time to time

Graduate with 3-4 year’s work experience in End to End Corporate action - Mandatory as well as Voluntary.

Experience Corporate action processing  in wealth Operations domain should be added advantage

Excellent Analytical Skill

Sound Interpersonal Skills.

Good PC skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Ability to problem solving and work independently.

Should be customer focused and achievement oriented
