Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments and support systems to patients with psychosocial needs.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

All EMPL's: Care Management: 1 year experience in acute care settings.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
