Lead Pharmacy Buyer for Providence Oregon Shared Services in Portland, OR.
Full-Time/Day Shift
Under the direction of pharmacy leadership, leads the planning, organization, direction, and control of activities related to the procurement and supply chain of pharmacy supplies according to the system's procedures and policies for all appointed areas of responsibility. Works with system, administration, and director as to goals and initiatives to reach and maintain. Provides support and resources for any health system initiatives including reporting purchasing information for all appointed entities in the system. Position maintains efficient systems for ordering, receiving and record-keeping. Researches and compiles data on use and purchases of all drugs and supplies utilized by the department.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
- 3 years Pharmacy procurement experience
- 340B education and training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Pharmacy technician program (may be required in some states for pharmacy technicians)
- Inpatient Pharmacy Technician experience
