Overview
Client Development Director must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. Key Accountabilities:
- Develop a client development strategy by leveraging data insights, client development expert’s feedback as well as regional vice presidents and stores.
- Define strategy to ensure Fine Jewelry development, through focus on 10k, lapsed clients and new client engagement.
- Partner with Leadership teams on store, to ensure elevation of client experience through coaching, power hour, elevate selling behaviors and client portfolio management.
- Define 10K and development to 250K client action plans with each store leadership team and monitor results.
- Map our client journeys by segment to define a long-term client development strategy.
- Partner with Learning and Development team and Merchandising team to identify training opportunities and develop relevant selling ceremony and client outreach. i.e. Story Telling, Romancing the Brand and elevating CA presentation skills.
- Identify client development opportunities and partner with functional teams to develop the most appropriate solutions/services/experiences.
- Partner with the CRD to identify clients for BB and Regional/Local events.
- Responsible for new 10K client acquisition budget, and execution.
- Develop new opportunities to drive retail priorities while supporting all product launches to maximize future ROI.
- Deepen the relationship with your clients to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store salesl target. Direct managers to drive client development activity among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate passion and deliver Tiffany Touch moments to both team members and clients, managing client relationships personally.
- Manage and motivate & inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Monitor competitive activity to ensure that the appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated to the market.
Experience
• 10+ years of event management experience
• Must be creative with a high taste level
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a client relations / client facing role
Desired:
- A college/university degree.
