The Role:

We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Storeperson with leadership capability to step into a Full-Time Team Leader position at Brisbane Airport. Help service our warehouse to ensure our food & beverage stores in the airport are well equipped and replenished to serve our customers!

*Monday to Friday roster 5.30am-1.30pm. Requires a car. Start early and finish early!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead the back-of-house stock management operations
✅ Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores
✅ Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
✅ Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
✅ Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
✅ Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
✅ Previous experience in food service (knowledge of fridge temps etc) a BONUS
✅ Great communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely
✅ Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
✅ Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
