Greenbrook, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, Inc., is seeking a Managed Care Specialist I to join our remote Revenue Cycle team. This is a full-time remote position, for a detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience in credentialing. As a key liaison, you will support our managed care and credentialing operations by performing essential administrative tasks. What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Liaison and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between providers, internal operations, payers, and our third-party credentialing vendor. Ensure seamless communication and process flow.
- Document and Data Management: Collect, review, and organize critical provider documentation, including licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice information, to meet payer and regulatory requirements.
- Provider Support and Communication: Communicate effectively with providers via email to obtain necessary documentation and share updates. Maintain organized and compliant records in various systems.
- System and Platform Navigation: Utilize and coordinate between multiple systems, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, FreshService, and Athena, as well as spreadsheets and other departmental tools. You must be comfortable following complex workflows.
- Payer Enrollment Support: Provide administrative support for broader managed care functions, including preparing documentation for payer enrollment and assisting with provider data management.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-3 years in healthcare, insurance, or administrative roles with solid knowledge of credentialing. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You must be comfortable with complex spreadsheets and prepared to quickly learn and work across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Athena, CredStream, AllScripts, SharePoint).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organization and a meticulous approach to documentation and data entry are a must.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Knowledge of the Industry: Familiarity with provider credentialing and payer enrollment. Experience with CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS is highly preferred.

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
