Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing plans that bring our products and services directly to residents of our signed communities. With a strong focus on the business-to-consumer (B2C) market, this role drives awareness, engagement, and adoption through clear communication, targeted campaigns, and strategic upsell opportunities. A disciplined approach ensures campaigns are launched on time and deliver measurable results, while maintaining our brand’s reputation, loyalty, and consumer satisfaction.

As a key member of the marketing team, this position requires an organized, self-starter with proven marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. 

Success in this role comes from balancing creativity with execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience that fuels growth and builds lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and execute on go-to-market B2C marketing plans that launch products and services to each new community, leveraging content creation, email, direct mail, and grassroots marketing to drive awareness and product adoption of new services.  
  • Create and implement targeted marketing strategies designed to drive ARPU growth and increase upsell opportunities across products and services.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Develop and tailor communication and marketing materials to address each community’s unique needs.
  • Track, manage and report on project timelines and campaign sales goals.
  • Manages and attends events on behalf of Blue Stream Fiber.
  • Stay up to date with the latest products, technology and best practices. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Five+ years of marketing experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Go-to-market consumer marketing experience with proven ability to develop and execute. B2C strategies that drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and customer engagement through clear communication and on-time campaign launches.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Strong and effective communication skills both orally and written.
  • Event Coordination.
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
  • Ability to learn a new industry quickly and comprehensively.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English, analyze and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.  
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.), preferably in Marketing and/or a minimum of five years of related experience.
