JOB PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC :
· The Project & Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering & maintenance projects.
· This role combines technical expertise with leadership and project management skills to ensure successful development and implementation of innovative solutions. The lead acts as a bridge between engineering & maintenance teams and other departments, aligning technical efforts with strategic business goal
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
Performance:
· Lead end-to-end engineering and maintenance project planning, design and execution.
· Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign responsibilities.
· Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
· Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues.
· Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.
· Drive project Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
· Ensures that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones as scheduled . Alerts project management in case of unforeseen issue and suggests if needed mitigation measures
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
· Provide technical direction and support to maintenance teams
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
· Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
· Attends/ In charge of the design evaluation and propose technical solution to process equipment improvement
· Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts
· Cooperation with APU maintenance team support maintenance activities, find technical solution to improve machine reliability/
· Provide technical guidance on equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and system integrations
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Opella Maintenance model , OPS ( Opella Performance System) methodologies
· Analysis machine problem and perform GPS & FMEA for complex technical losses
Methods:
· Report to Engineering & Maintenance Head
· Develop and implementation of qualification and maintenance procedures for equipment and system
Main contacts :
· Internal: Quality, Production, Project & Innovation team, Procurement, Manufacturing Excellent
· External: Authority and contractors or Sanofi partner as required
QUALIFICATION / KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM:
Education /Trình độ học vấn
· Engineer of Mechanical, Electrical or Automation .
Related experience/ Kinh nghiêm liên quan
· 3+ years of engineering experience, nd in a leadership role.
· Experienced in Pharmaceutical & GMCG company as advance ,
