Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development: Assist in brand analysis and planning for Cenovis & Cenovis Kids, supporting the development of integrated marketing plans, including communications, PR, digital presence, and category-specific strategies.
- Media and Digital Marketing Execution: Support media planning and execution especially digital campaigns to help maximize brand impact. Assist in utilizing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, blogs) to enhance consumer engagement.
- Insight-Driven Activation: Support the incorporation of key consumer insights, working with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) into brand activation plans and campaign execution.
- Market & Brand Analysis: Research and analyze the Health Functional Food market, monitor industry trends, and support the development of actionable insights for brand strategy.
- Project Management: Support cross-functional project coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration with Sales (on/offline), Trade Marketing, Product Development, QA, Medical, and SCM teams.
- Support Brand Growth Projects: Assist in key initiatives aimed at driving brand growth in both the short and long term.
- Operational Management: Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budget tracking, timeline management, and coordination of marketing deliverables.
- Campaign & Customer Journey Support: Support the execution of major brand campaigns across both online and offline channels to help deliver a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
- Product & Launch Support: Assist in new product development and brand launch projects, including supporting the development and execution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for online and offline channels.
- Brand Assets Management: Assist in managing brand- and product-related assets to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with various internal stakeholders and external agencies to support alignment and execution of marketing plans.
About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field)
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum of 1-3 years in FMCG marketing, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in launching new products and managing brands in the Health Functional Food category.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience in digital marketing and managing external agencies
- Independent worker with minimal supervision needs.
- Proactive, decisive, and creative with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong results orientation and action-oriented mindset.
- Effective under pressure, with a strategic focus and attention to detail.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with fluent communication in Korean and English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
