We’re on the hunt for the ultimate hospitality guru to lead our accommodation team and enhance our guest experience. As our diligent Accommodation Manager, you’ll use your communication and leadership skills to empower your team to achieve our high standards. A day in the life of an Accommodation Manager:

• Grow and develop a team of hospitality heroes and inspire them to deliver memorable experiences that make our guests feel at home
• Strategically manage room rates and booking channels to maximise revenue and keep us ahead of the game
• Collaborate with the leadership and housekeeping teams to create a seamless guest experience, manage online reviews and enhance the marketing strategy

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, policy and procedure and feel passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for your guests
• You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG industry certifications
• You have experience in the hospitality leadership world and the desire to be part of an organisation where you can dream big about your career
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
