Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.

What will you do:

Source candidates for a wide range of non-tech vacancies;
Use a variety of tools to identify and engage with top talent;
Work closely with recruiters;
Build and maintain sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment is a must;
Proven track record of successful placements of non-tech candidates
Good communication skills in English and Ukrainian;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools;
Proven track record of using a variety of sourcing tools;
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
