CSA QA/QC Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented CSA QA/QC Inspector with a structural focus to support quality assurance and control activities on a high-tech semiconductor construction project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all structural works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of structural works, including foundations, concrete, reinforcement, and structural steel.
• Verify construction activities against project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals for structural compliance.
• Document inspection results, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and track corrective actions.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate QA/QC records.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
• Support project audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all inspections.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. 

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in structural works on large-scale industrial projects; semiconductor or cleanroom facility experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASTM, IBC, etc.).
• Proficiency in reviewing structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with concrete testing, steel inspections, and structural tolerances.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Education / Licenses / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred, but not required.
• Relevant QA/QC certifications (such as ACI, AWS, or ISO 9001 auditor) are an advantage.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
