Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to lead relationship-building efforts and drive client satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, needs, and feedback
• Identify client goals and align them with company solutions and services
• Oversee the delivery of services to ensure high satisfaction and timely execution
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor account performance and present progress reports or improvement strategies
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a customer-facing role
