• Ensure timely delivery of services and monitor progress against client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and enhance account performance.
• Prepare and present reports on account status and metrics to management.
