We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee client engagements, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster strong, long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs and goals
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely and effective solutions
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare reports on client status, feedback, and performance metrics
- Support the onboarding of new clients and provide orientation on services
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
