Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces specifically for SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
• Experience in integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and BIB.
• General understanding of how SAP HCM info type logic and processes and Success Factors
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
• Experience in new custom extensions and analyzing existing extensions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing HR applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed applications and processes.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, implementing improvements as applicable.

• Required Skills:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on SAP HR modules.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including reports, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.
• Experience with SAP Workflow and HR-specific enhancements.
• Understanding of HR processes and data management in SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (IDOC, EDI, etc.).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have experience SAP HCM with Workday
