Position Overview- 
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Aesthetic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a strong background in consultative sales, outbound prospecting, and aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to drive revenue through patient consultations and relationship building. 

This position offers a competitive base hourly with an aggressive tiered commission structure. Top performers can earn over $250,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to educate patients on potential treatments. 
• Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend products based on individual patient needs. 
• Engage in outbound prospecting by making 100-200 calls directly from our CRM. 
• Work closely with providers to ensure a smooth treatment experience.
• Clearly articulate treatment descriptions, benefits, risks, and properly assess potential patients. 
• Stay informed about the competitor market through ongoing education. 
• Build and maintain relationships with past patients and potential customers to drive sales. 
• Utilize data to help patients understand how products can contribute to achieving their goals. 
• Manage administrative tasks, including overseeing the financing process, recording sales, and scheduling patient appointments. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with new patients confidently.
• Proven track record in high-ticket consultative sales, preferably in aesthetics, medical sales, or luxury services.
• Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline while maintaining quality patient interactions.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable with adapting to new marketing strategies and sales methods.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Zenoti

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field.
• Experience in lead development, outbound prospecting, and client research.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (KPIs), including revenue targets, call volume, and conversion rates.

Compensation & Growth Potential

• Base Pay: $22-$27 per hour
• Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential, with top performers exceeding $250K+ annually.
