Advanced Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Advanced Analytics Team as an Individual Contributor. This role involves leading and supporting a variety of commercial analytics projects, including Marketing Mix Modeling, Customer and Brand Performance analytics, Forecasting, Segmentation and Targeting, Promotional ROI Analysis, Resource and Price Optimization, Physician/Patient Profiling

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across global Business Units—primarily in Europe and the US—and engage directly with external clients to understand business needs, define project objectives, and deliver actionable insights. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with full ownership of deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervision

• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations

• Present findings to stakeholders in a business-oriented manner

• Support solution development for diverse business challenges

• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities

• Communicate risks and project outcomes effectively

• Demonstrate agility in learning new technologies and domain knowledge

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Operations Research, or related fields
  OR
  B.Tech / MBA with relevant analytics experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in analytics

• Proficiency in tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, and MS Excel/PowerPoint

• Experience with advanced techniques: regression, clustering, decision trees, time series, PCA, SVM, GBT, CNN, RNN, and optimization models

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical domain and healthcare market dynamics

• Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently
