"PBX/TELEFONÍA"

Funciones:

• Recibir las llamadas externas e internas del Hotel (PBX/Communications) y se asegurará que todos los canales de comunicación funcionen perfectamente.
• Brindar información General del hotel, como asI tambien de los outlets y rooms.
• Deberá estar familiarizado con todos los procedimientos de emergencias y manejo de incendio.

Requisitos:

• Experincia previa en posiciones similares.
• estudios terciarios o universitarios afines a la industria.
• Excelente dominio de inglés tanto oral como escrito.
• Conocimiento de OPERA (no excluyente).
• Conocimiento de ZOMATO (no excluyente).
• Capacidad de manejo de múltiples tareas y de atención telefónica de todas las llamadas entrantes.
• Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.
• Flexibilidad de días y horarios.
• Habilidad y manejo de quejas acorde con la política de Four Seasons.
