OUR ROLE
VITA, a division of Fiskars Group, is the home of design-driven, heritage living brands. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager for IITTALA to bring our story to life online and strengthen our connection with communities around the world.
In this role, you will contribute to leading the development of IITTALA’s global social media platforms and influencer/ KOL marketing, including partnerships with regional teams and local integration across the Nordics, Benelux, the UK, Japan, and Korea.
Reporting to our Director of Marketing, IITTALA this hybrid role can be based at our offices in Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Stockholm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage IITTALA’S social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest) with daily community engagement
Develop and manage social media & influencer roadmap, ensuring that it is in line with the brand strategy and commercial calendar
Own social media and influencer process as part of the integrated commercial & campaign planning
Fluency in TikTok and the ability to create channel native content independently
Responsible for selecting and approving influencer collaboration
Drive content partnership, exploring and experimenting with new formats through such partnerships, stay ahead of trends in lifestyle social media, and influencer marketing, pushing IITTALA to the forefront of industry conversations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, events) to align SoMe and influencer efforts with broader brand initiatives, such as product launches, brand collaborations, and global and local events
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of SoMe campaigns and influencer partnerships, using metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI
Spot cultural and brand-relevant opportunities to join or lead social conversations
Collaborate with Customer Service and Product teams to address consumer queries and feedback
Act as a proactive partner across the central marketing and marketing activation teams, contributing ideas and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in the design industries, with experience in the home décor fashion and/or lifestyle sector considered a strong plus
Deep, hands-on knowledge of lifestyle trends and key stakeholders, e.g., artists, designers, and creatives across disciplines
Strong understanding of social media landscapes, tools, and metrics
Passionate about innovating and creating new opportunities within the lifestyle industry and beyond
High proficiency in publishing on social media channels in various formats
Excellent (written and verbal) communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
