We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Manages the completion of the Drawings and Specifications for issue for construction readiness.
- Leads the client and FM coordination/approval process of the design documentation.
- Leads Design team schedules and resolves issues to enable the Design team to complete the issue for construction documentation.
- Leads QA/QC reviews of the issue for construction documentation.
- Leads all Design Team communication for the project management team.
- Leads preparation of documentation for state regulatory approval to proceed with construction.
- Participates in value engineering and cost review of the Design Team work.
- Participates in Contractor Bid and Award meetings to clarify scope and review the Contractor qualifications.
- Participates in material procurement reviews for quality and cost analysis approvals.
- Participates in Construction schedule reviews.
- Leads to resolution all Construction team queries for the Design team.
- Leads potential change orders during the construction phase that are initiated by a Design issue.
- Participates in construction site safety reviews and reporting.
- Leads the review for approval of all construction shop drawings and material reviews.
- Participates in onsite QA/QC reviews of the construction works for compliance with the issue for construction drawings and specs.
- Leads the ExxonMobil start-up and commissioning process.
- Leads the preparation of documentation for the state commissioning review and approvals.
- Leads the review and preparation for hand-over of all documentation for operations, including as-built drawings and operations/maintenance manuals.
