Associate, Debt Capital Markets, Treasury & Markets Group (Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in origination and execution of corporate bond issuance.
• Assist in pitching, pricing and executing new bond and issue transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials.
• Conduct financial analysis & valuation, and provide support in credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects or duties as required including marketing Bank's hedging and investment solutions across fixed income, currencies, and interest rates products.
• Keep proper documentation for Debt Capital Markets business.
• Ensure that the work is compliant with the bank’s current operational procedures and policies.

Requirements:

1. Education Qualification:

• Degree holder in Economics or Finance or related disciplines.

2. Working Experiences:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions

3. Professional Qualification / HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework Qualification / Professional Examination / License:
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities and advising on securities.

4. Business Knowledge
• Knowledge in debt capital/bond markets, credit environment.
• Knowledge on HKMA guidelines and relevant regulatory framework.
