Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities 

• You will analyse the economic drivers of property performance, including forecasting and trend analyses, and assess financial opportunities for both existing and potential property projects. 
• Recommend to the Investment Board on proposed new investments or initiative
• Work with various stakeholders and departments on the execution of the deal

Investment responsibilities include: 

• Sourcing & analysing new business opportunities, and producing clear summaries and presentations to enable decision making 
• Building comprehensive feasibility studies & financial models to support the investment case 
• Preparing market research updates, and sector analysis / benchmarking studies 
• Leading deal execution such as due diligence, legal documentation & structuring, and financing matters 

Asset management responsibilities include: 

• Creating value via asset enhancement initiatives or development plan
• Preparing budgets for financial reporting 
• Management and monitoring of leases
