UP.Labs is seeking a highly relational and organized Partner Success Manager to act as the embedded bridge between Odysee (a portfolio company) and its corporate partner, Alaska Airlines. This is a unique role where you’ll sit on-site at Alaska’s headquarters in Seattle four days a week, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution across both organizations.
As our Partner Success Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for building trusted relationships with Alaska’s executives and operators, coordinating product delivery timelines, and proactively smoothing any friction in the partnership. You’ll be joining a well-funded startup, part of the UP.Labs ecosystem, with access to an expansive team across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, talent, finance, and venture capital - all available to help you scale impact quickly.

We work with corporate investors over a multi-year period to launch a portfolio of ventures. Our team is dedicated to the first year of a new venture’s life cycle: from ideation to minimum viable product build - and beyond.
As our Partner Success Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for building trusted relationships with Alaska’s executives and operators, coordinating product delivery timelines, and proactively smoothing any friction in the partnership. In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Odyssey’s remote team and Alaska Airlines’ on-site team, ensuring day-to-day alignment. Embed with Alaska’s executives and operators, developing trust and acting as an extension of their team.
- Own project coordination for the partnership, aligning stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Anticipate challenges and act as a problem-solver and relationship manager, ensuring collaboration runs smoothly.
- Provide regular feedback loops back to Odyssey’s leadership team to inform product, operations, and strategic direction.
- Lay the foundation for a repeatable model - creating processes and playbooks that can scale to future corporate partnerships-
- 5–10 years of experience in customer success, partner success, or project/program management roles.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience working with or inside large enterprise environments, ideally Fortune 500.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills - polished, empathetic, and clear across executives, operators, and startup teams.
- A flexible, startup-friendly mindset; comfortable working in a scrappy environment while interfacing with a major corporate partner.
- Seattle-based or willing to be on-site in Seattle four days per week.
