We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Specialist to join our team in Israel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply enthusiastic about global Talent acquisition, which will comprise 70–80% of their daily responsibilities. The HR Specialist will play a key role in sourcing top talent, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions globally.
Align recruitment efforts with company culture, role requirements, and hiring manager expectations.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely and high-quality hires.

Employee Relations & Support

Provide proactive support to employees by addressing their needs and concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain high morale.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Welfare & Culture

Organize welfare activities and company events to boost morale and promote a positive company culture.
Plan and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR, IT, and training teams.
Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.

Global Collaboration

Work with global HR teams to implement and support global HR initiatives.
Enhance organizational effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or high-growth environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven ability to fill roles across departments, especially in software engineering, IT, and data science.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and thrive in a dynamic setting.
