Ready to lead with purpose and pace?
HOKA is on the move, and we’re looking for a high-energy Regional Manager to help us build bold teams, vibrant communities and stores that inspire movement. If you’ve got a passion for retail, people and making a difference with every step, lets go further, together.
At HOKA, our goal is to inspire people to move. We want to empower people to fly over the earth. From elite athletes to everyday movers, our mission is to inspire people to move with confidence, purpose, and joy. We believe everyone is an athlete. And however you find joy in movement, Hoka supports you.

What You’ll Do
As a HOKA Regional Manager, you’ll be the field leader for retail excellence - responsible for coaching store teams, driving sales performance, building brand momentum, and creating a culture of excellence and inclusion. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the communities we serve, ensuring the HOKA experience is elevated in every store and every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a brand ambassador for HOKA, representing the brand in retail and local communities.
• Analyse business performance and market trends to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, KPI tracking, and execution of business initiatives.
• Lead by example to establish high performance standards and drive accountability across all store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach in-store teams and ensure operational consistency and brand excellence.
• Train, mentor, and develop Store Leadership and their teams to build strong leadership pipelines within the region.
• Uphold HOKA’s brand standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture across all stores.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of store teams to maintain high operational standards and brand alignment.
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex store-level issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Who You Are
• A proven leader with 2+ years of multi-site retail or field leadership experience (footwear or performance apparel experience is a strong plus).
• Demonstrated success in driving KPIs and motivating store teams to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing, empowered teams that thrive on accountability and collaboration.
• Energetic, adaptable, and resourceful - ready to lead in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across different departments and store locations.
• An excellent communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and inspiring.
• Personally connected to movement - whether it’s trail running, walking, or simply staying active - you embody the spirit of HOKA.

Why HOKA?
• Competitive salary + bonus potential
• A fun, inclusive and purpose-driven culture, that values innovation, inclusion and movement.
• Enjoy two working days per year dedicated to building community - whether it's volunteering locally, hosting a HOKA event, or joining a community fun run, we support your passion for movement and connection.
• Quarterly product gifting to support you being a brand ambassador both in retail and our community.
• 40% off Accent Group Brands - Hype DC, Platypus, Skechers, Vans & many more.
• Travel opportunities and access to all brand and community events

The right person will thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment - bringing the leadership, empathy, and energy needed to build high-performing teams. You’re passionate about creating inclusive communities, developing others, and growing into a leader who embodies HOKA’s commitment to movement, connection, and progress.
