• RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Headteacher or Head of School
• Leadership Point Range: L1-L3
• Staff supervised: Teaching Assistants
• Responsible for: Leadership and Management of SEND

About You

• • Is passionate about children’s wellbeing, especially those who have additional needs, and their flourishing in all aspects of school life;
• • Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress for all children and experience of driving school improvement;
• • Have excellent knowledge of the curriculum, the SEND Code of Practice and strategies to support the effective inclusion of all pupils;
• • Would provide inspiring leadership for SEND provision across the school, and support teachers
